Les réseaux sociaux sont-ils indispensables pour réussir à développer ton entreprise dans un monde devenu tellement digital?
Est-ce que les réseaux sociaux sont la seule voie, la seule voix?
Est-ce une stratégie qui te correspond, à toi?
En démarrant mon activité j’ai tout de suite succombé à l’injonction « je dois être sur les réseaux sociaux pour trouver des clients ».
J’ai appris le marketing digital et les bonnes pratiques des réseaux sociaux. Je me suis formée et je suis même devenue mentor chez LiveMentor pour accompagner des dizaines d’entrepreneurs à le mettre en place dans leur business…
Puis, ces derniers temps, je me suis sentie submergée par mon propre business.
J’ai donc pris un pas de recul et j’ai observé ce que je ressentais à titre personnel et professionnel.
- Je me sens envahie par les multiples notifications sur différentes applications: mes e-mails, mes sms, les notifications des réseaux, whatsapp, les stories, Voxer, telegram… je passe d’une application à une autre et souvent même sans avoir terminé de répondre à la sollicitation A, me voici déjà sur la B ou C…
- Je me sens débordée quand je pense à tous les médias sur lesquels je voudrais être présente pour partager mon message. Les injonctions reviennent et se percutent: créer du contenu régulier, planifier les posts, avoir un contenu authentique, apporter de la valeur à son audience, ne pas oublier d’être disponible pour répondre aux commentaires, si possible dans l’heure pour montrer que je suis réactive, ne pas se comparer aux autres mais quand même regarder ce qu’ils font pour trouver de l’inspiration, trouver les bons mots clés, penser aux algorithmes, varier les formats….
STOOOOOOOOOOOP !
C’est décidé j’arrête!
J’arrête la course à la quantité au détriment de la qualité
J’arrête le rythme effréné au détriment de ma sérénité
J’arrête la consommation de contenu au détriment de ma productivité
Et pourtant, je veux développer mon business… Alors on fait quoi?
Je te partage ici une liste non exhaustive d’idées alternatives pour développer ton business dans un monde digital sans nécessairement utiliser les réseaux sociaux ni construire une « stratégie de contenu ».
Si toi aussi tu as envie de reprendre un rythme doux dans ta communication et ta présence en ligne, sers-toi!
Choisir une autre voie que les réseaux sociaux ne veut pas dire fuir le digital et il existe beaucoup d’alternatives en ligne pour faire rayonner ton activité. C’est ce que je vais te présenter dans cette première partie. Ensuite, je te partagerai des idées pour développer ton business hors ligne car, oui, nous ne vivons (heureusement) pas encore dans le Metavers.
1- Développer ton business on-line: les alternatives aux réseaux sociaux
Créer un Google my business: première étape hyper facile pour avoir une vitrine en ligne dans ton secteur d’activité et ton secteur géographique. Une recherche associée à ton produit/service, paf tu apparais pour tes clients potentiels. Un client potentiel entend parler de toi et souhaite te contacter, pas besoin de site internet trop compliqué, il trouvera tes coordonnées facilement et pourra prendre contact avec toi.
Créer un site internet: ton site est une vitrine en ligne, tu peux y vendre directement tes produits et services où l’utiliser pour présenter ton activité et proposer un moyen de te contacter. Tu peux choisir de développer un site avec plusieurs pages, une section blog pour partager des articles. Tu peux aussi simplement faire un site « One page » qui te permet de présenter succinctement ce que tu fais et poursuivre l’échange sous un autre format.
Un réseau social qui fait un peu exception pour moi est LinkedIn. Il peut-être lié à ton entreprise et il est surtout lié à toi. Si tu as déjà un profil sur LinkedIn il y a de fortes chances pour que tu sois connecté avec d’anciens collègues, clients, fournisseurs, partenaires qui peuvent être des ambassadeurs de ton projet auprès de tes clients potentiels. Même si tu travaillais dans la logistique industrielle et que tu te lances dans l’apiculture… Mettre à jour ta bio LinkedIn permet à chacun de tes contacts de savoir où tu en es et comment te contacter. Si tu ne souhaites pas être connecté régulièrement, tu peux éventuellement paramétrer un message automatique sur ProspectIn (Waalaxy) pour informer les personnes de la meilleure manière de te contacter.
Choisir un média qui te convienne et apprendre les bases du référencement naturel pour positionner au mieux ton contenu sur les moteurs de recherche.
- Une chaîne YouTube
- Un podcast
Note: si tu es intéressé.e par le sujet, je te recommande le podcast de Justine Arma, Réveille ton biz! qui te partage de multiples clés pour construire un podcast au service de ton business.
- Tu peux aussi te proposer pour intervenir dans le podcast ou la chaîne YouTube de personnes influentes auprès de tes clients. Tu maximises ton impact en minimisant ton investissement et tu permets aux créateurs de ces chaînes/podcasts de pouvoir proposer à leur audience un contenu d’expert.
- Des articles de blogs, sur ton blog ou via des articles invités. Il existe certainement des blogs référents dans ton domaine et tu peux leur proposer des articles pour alimenter leur publications.
- Tout ça à la fois! Pense à recycler tes contenus, une vidéo YouTube peut aussi être un podcast (et vice versa) pour devenir ensuite un article de blog.
Collecter une base d’email qualifiés: Qui sont tes clients? Prospects? Tu as probablement déjà quelques e-mails de personnes potentiellement intéressées par tes services ou produits. Comment peux-tu faire grandir cette liste?
- En proposant un contenu en échange d’un e-mail. Tu peux créer en quelques clics une page de capture d’email sur des outils comme Mailchimp ou SendinBlue (ou d’autres). Ton contenu peut aussi être un rendez-vous individuel ou collectif pour apporter de la valeur à tes clients potentiels. Pour cela tu peux utiliser l’outil Calendly et pourquoi pas prendre RDV avec moi pour échanger autour de ton projet.
- En t’associant à des évènements ou des entreprises, institutions qui ont une base qualifiée d’e-mails intéressants pour toi, à qui tu peux éventuellement proposer ton contenu offert contre un e-mail.
- En intégrant dans tes articles de blogs, sur ton site, sous tes vidéos YouTube ou dans le descriptif de ton podcast un lien pour télécharger un bonus ou simplement rejoindre ton canal privilégié par e-mail.
Cette base d’e-mails qualifiée te permet d’avoir un moyen d’échange privilégié avec ton audience que tu peux alimenter à ton rythme (même s’il n’est pas régulier) et aussi que ton audience pourra consulter à son rythme. Un client potentiel pourra facilement revenir sur ton e-mail, le faire suivre à quelqu’un, le relire si besoin.

C’est intéressant que cette partie arrive en 2ème comme s’il était nécessaire de fournir un effort pour se rappeler au bon souvenir du comment on faisait « avant »!
L’omniprésence du digital dans nos vies pourrait nous faire croire que tout doit se faire en ligne. Courir après le temps, jongler entre les notifications… il serait peut-être temps de ralentir et de se connecter aux autres voies possibles, qu’en penses-tu ?
Ton business se développe avec des humains et pour des humains (si ce n’est pas le cas, tu n’es déjà probablement plus en train de lire cet article!).
Prendre contact avec les organismes locaux qui peuvent te connecter à tes clients ou devenir eux-mêmes tes clients.
- Les institutions, les réseaux de professionnels de ton secteur ou de secteurs parallèles.
- Les commerces et entreprises qui peuvent être des solutions complémentaires aux services ou produits que tu proposes. Si tu commercialises des tapis de yoga, tu peux te rapprocher des centres de cours de yoga bien sûr, et aussi des magasins et salles de sport, des magasins bio, des restaurants végétariens ou qui proposent des produits locaux en circuit court, des librairies ésotériques, des hypnothérapeutes ou énergéticiens…
Rencontre les professionnels de ta région, présente toi, présente ton projet, plante des graines et voit comment elles vont réagir et pousser!
Parler de ton projet avec tes proches, tes amis, ta famille, tes anciens collègues. Ton voisin de train est peut-être ton prochain client (c’est du vécu)! Tu es l’ambassadeur de ton projet et c’est aussi dans l’énergie avec laquelle que tu en parles et dans ton enthousiasme que réside ta meilleure carte de visite!
La carte de visite, parlons-en! Tu peux créer tes cartes de visites et les distribuer pour donner aux personnes ton point de contact. J’aime l’idée d’avoir des cartes de visite ensemencées, à planter, ça peut soutenir la communication et l’image de ton entreprise. Pour le design tu peux utiliser le fabuleux outil qu’est Canva pour réaliser un graphisme digne d’un professionnel et avoir une jolie carte de visite. Tu peux aussi réaliser des flyers, des affiches, et reprendre l’un des points précédents pour choisir les endroits où déposer ces supports de communication. Libère ta créativité!
Petit plus: tu peux facilement intégrer un QR code sur tes supports de communication pour rediriger tes potentiels clients vers ton site, ton whatsapp, ta chaîne YouTube ou ton podcast.
- La publicité sur ta voiture, ton utilitaire ou devant ton logement si ton activité et ta situation géographique s’y prêtent. A nouveau ici l’idée est de pouvoir exprimer toute ta créativité. Exit les véhicules publicitaires old-school et bienvenue aux véhicules identitaires qui impactent tes futurs clients et racontent l’histoire de ton entreprise et de ton expertise.
Le magnifique camion DcoMetal qui parle de bois, de métal, de soudure et de conception pour cet artisan-créateur de mobiliers et structures sur mesure. Mettre en valeur ton métier sur ton véhicule est un super levier de visibilité. - Etre présent dans les rendez-vous importants de tes clients potentiels. Il existe toute sorte de salons et de réseaux professionnels. Tu peux rejoindre ces groupes ou ces événements pour tisser toujours plus ton réseau et faire connaître ton activité et ton entreprise. Quelques exemples de réseaux: Femmes cheffes d’entreprise, club Plato, Club des jeunes dirigeants…
- Créer de la publicité locale ou nationale: sur les radios, les journaux, les panneaux d’affichage, sur les chaînes de télévision, dans les salles de cinéma… Quel est le bon support pour parler de tes produits ou de tes services? J’ai été surprise dernièrement en trouvant une publicité pour des professionnels audioprothésistes sur le papier qui protège ma baguette de pain!
